When offered, the standard EchoVerse AI trial is currently configured for 14 days. A promotion may provide a different introductory period. Checkout will display the applicable offer before you subscribe.
Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle displayed at checkout until canceled. You should cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next recurring charge. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout or applicable law provides otherwise.
Courtesy refund window
The current commercial configuration allows a courtesy refund request for the first paid subscription charge within 72 hours of that charge, with up to 100% of that eligible first charge refundable when the request qualifies. Promotional, negotiated, reseller, usage, advertising-spend, or third-party charges may have different rules.
After the courtesy window
After the configured courtesy window, subscription charges are generally non-refundable except for duplicate charges, billing errors, an express written exception, or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Advertising spend and third-party charges
Amounts charged directly by an advertising network, app store, payment provider, or other third party are not EchoVerse AI subscription charges. Refunds for those amounts are governed by the third party unless an EchoVerse AI managed-spend agreement expressly states otherwise.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes a statutory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived. In some jurisdictions, online service contracts may carry a statutory withdrawal period or specific rules for services that begin during that period. Where mandatory law grants a greater right than this policy, the mandatory law controls.
How to request a refund
Contact admin@echoverse-ai.com from the account email and include the workspace name, charge date, and reason for the request. We may request reasonable information needed to verify the account and transaction.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect service, legal, security, or operational changes. The effective date and version will be updated when a material revision is published.
