HOW IT WORKS

From an idea to a reviewed release, then into growth.

EchoVerse AI separates creation, review, release and automation so you can see what stage an item is in and decide how much control to keep.

Start simple You can begin with one workspace and one workflow.
Review is separate Generated content does not have to be published immediately.
Connections are scoped Only authorized destinations should be used.
Automation is optional Manual workflows remain available when supported by your plan.
01

Create your account

Register in the customer application, verify your account and choose the language you want to use.

02

Create a workspace

Set up the brand, creator project, business, client or operating unit you want to manage.

03

Choose what you want to produce or promote

Start from a video, music track, Short, podcast, campaign, product, service, app, page or other supported destination.

04

Connect only the accounts you need

Authorize supported publishing, advertising or measurement accounts. EchoVerse AI should only act within the permissions you grant.

05

Create or import the source material

Use Creator Studios, upload your own media, select reusable assets or work from content already available in the workspace.

06

Review the production state

Play the result, inspect scenes, edit, trim, regenerate or wait for required rendering and quality checks to complete.

07

Prepare the release package

Confirm the title, description, tags, hashtags, language, thumbnail or vertical cover and destination-specific settings.

08

Publish now or schedule

Send approved content immediately or schedule individual items when the connected destination and workflow support scheduling.

09

Promote under your rules

If you use advertising, choose Manual, Semi-Autopilot or Full Autopilot and keep applicable budgets, approvals and pause controls in place.

10

Measure and improve

Use connected performance signals to understand what happened, then refine future content, timing, creative and campaign decisions.

TWO COMMON PATHS

Use EchoVerse AI for production, growth, or both.

A

Creator path

Create Video or Music → review → build Shorts if needed → prepare metadata and covers → publish or schedule.

B

Growth path

Choose a business destination → connect an authorized ad account → prepare creative → choose the operating mode → launch under budget and approval rules → measure.

C

Combined path

Create original content inside EchoVerse AI, publish it to your channel, then use approved outputs as campaign assets without rebuilding the creative from scratch.

BEFORE YOU START

A few things make production and publishing smoother.

You do not need every integration on day one. Connect only what the current workflow requires and add more later.

Clear content directionGoal, audience, tone, format and approximate duration reduce unnecessary regeneration.
Authorized destinationPublishing requires the destination account or channel to be connected and selected.
Rights to source mediaUpload or connect only material you are allowed to use.
Enough time for processingLonger videos, scene generation, captions and rendering can take longer than simple metadata tasks.
COMMON QUESTIONS

Answers before you need support.

Open a question to see the answer. If the answer depends on your plan, permissions or a connected provider, the app remains the source of truth for what is enabled in your workspace.

Do I have to connect advertising accounts before creating content?

No. Creator workflows can be used independently. Connect advertising or publishing accounts only when you are ready to use those destinations.

What does Ready for Review mean?

The item has progressed far enough for human review, but it may still need approval or another finalization step before publishing is allowed.

What happens if a scene or render fails?

The production engine can retry supported failures and use safer fallback strategies where appropriate. Policy, rights, permission, configuration or credit failures should not be bypassed automatically.

Can I schedule several Shorts at different times?

When the workflow and destination support it, selected Shorts can be prepared together while each item keeps its own publish-now or schedule choice.

Can I change from Manual to Autopilot later?

Yes, when your plan and workspace permissions allow the operating mode. Starting manually is a practical way to validate a workflow before increasing automation.

Where should I look if something is stuck?

Check the item status first, then the Help Center for the relevant workflow. If you contact support, include the workspace, item or job ID, exact error, approximate time and a screenshot.
