Agreement to the Terms
These Terms govern access to the EchoVerse AI website, customer portal, creator tools, campaign tools, automation features, analytics, and related services. When signup or checkout asks you to accept these Terms, your affirmative acceptance and continued authorized use of the service form the agreement presented to you.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business or professional purposes. Workspace owners are responsible for members they invite and for permissions granted to those members.
Plans, trials, and renewals
Available plans, included features, usage limits, trial length, and pricing are shown at checkout. Unless the checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-applicable recurring price until canceled. The current standard trial configuration is 14 days, but a promotional offer may change the trial or introductory period.
Before a recurring charge is initiated, checkout should clearly disclose the price, billing cycle, renewal terms, and cancellation method and obtain the acknowledgements required by the platform configuration.
Campaign budgets and third-party advertising spend
Your EchoVerse AI subscription fee is separate from advertising spend unless a managed-spend offering expressly states otherwise. If you connect a customer-owned advertising account, charges from Meta, Google, TikTok, or another provider are governed by that provider and your account with it. You are responsible for campaign budgets, destination legality, and the accuracy of advertiser information you provide.
Manual and automated operation
EchoVerse AI may offer Manual, Semi-Autopilot, and Full Autopilot workflows. Automated functions operate according to the permissions, budgets, approval requirements, stop-loss rules, provider capabilities, and other controls configured for the workspace. Automation can improve speed but does not guarantee campaign approval, reach, profitability, conversions, or revenue.
AI-generated material
AI-generated copy, recommendations, images, classifications, or decisions may contain errors or require human review. You remain responsible for reviewing material before use where review is appropriate, ensuring claims are supportable, and complying with advertising, intellectual-property, privacy, consumer-protection, and platform rules.
Customer content and permissions
You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant EchoVerse AI the limited rights necessary to host, transform, analyze, transmit, display, and process that content to provide the services you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content, connected accounts, audiences, and campaign destinations.
Prohibited use
You may not use EchoVerse AI to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, deceive users, manipulate platform security, send unlawful spam, promote prohibited products or services, impersonate another person or business, scrape or access data without authorization, evade usage or payment controls, or use automation in a manner that violates a connected provider’s rules.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third-party platforms, payment integrity, or legal compliance. You may cancel a recurring subscription according to the cancellation controls available in the customer portal. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period, unless law or the applicable order states otherwise.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Advertising platforms can reject ads, change policies, modify delivery, suspend accounts, or alter APIs. EchoVerse AI does not guarantee specific revenue, audience growth, impressions, conversions, ranking, approval, or campaign performance.
Liability
Any limitations of liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Specific enterprise or negotiated agreements may contain different liability terms.
Governing rules
The contractual governing law and forum are the jurisdiction identified in the applicable order form or checkout, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rights that may apply to a customer.
