Choose how much work the system may do for you.
Manual, Semi-Autopilot and Full Autopilot are operating modes, not promises that every provider or workflow can automate every action. The active plan, permissions, connection and guardrails still apply.
Manual
Use AI and platform tools while keeping the key creation, approval and launch decisions with the user. This is useful when a workflow is new, high-risk or still being validated.
- Maximum human control
- Useful for first-time workflows
- Review before publication
Semi-Autopilot
Let EchoVerse AI prepare, generate, organize or recommend work while a review or approval step remains part of the workflow before the next sensitive action.
- Faster preparation
- Human approval retained
- Good transition into automation
Full Autopilot
Allow approved workflows to operate automatically within the plan, schedule, permissions, budget limits, stop conditions and destination capabilities configured for the workspace.
- Rules before autonomy
- Budget and stop controls
- Requires compatible workflow and permissions
Automation should stop when a required condition is not satisfied.
A disconnected provider, missing permission, exhausted credit balance, blocked content state, approval requirement or spend guard can intentionally prevent the next automated action.
Keep spending inside configured daily or workspace limits where applicable.
Require a person to review sensitive actions before they progress.
Recurring production should follow the configured cadence rather than running continuously.
Stop an automated workflow when you need to inspect or change its rules.
Increase automation only after the workflow is understood.
New or sensitive workflow
Start Manual while you validate content quality, destination mapping, costs and approvals.
Repeatable workflow
Move to Semi-Autopilot when the preparation work is predictable but you still want review before release.
Mature governed workflow
Use Full Autopilot only when the permissions, budgets, schedules and stop conditions are appropriate for the workflow.
Answers before you need support.
Open a question to see the answer. If the answer depends on your plan, permissions or a connected provider, the app remains the source of truth for what is enabled in your workspace.
Does Full Autopilot mean EchoVerse AI can ignore approval rules?
No. Full Autopilot should operate only inside the permissions and safeguards configured for the workflow.
Can I return to Manual later?
Yes, when the workflow and plan allow Manual mode. Lowering automation is a normal control decision.
Why did an automated workflow not run?
Check the schedule, plan entitlement, connection status, permissions, approval gates, content state, credits and applicable budget guards.
Does Autopilot guarantee better campaign performance?
No. Automation can execute configured processes and use available signals, but it does not guarantee views, conversions, revenue or return on ad spend.
