Separate the platform plan, Creator Credits and external provider spend.

The catalogue separates recurring subscriptions from optional one-time Creator Credit top-ups. Advertising media spend and other third-party charges remain separate unless a written agreement explicitly says otherwise.

Subscription plans

Advertising, Creator and Bundle plans are recurring products with monthly or annual billing and database-controlled limits.

Creator Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time top-ups. They do not create a subscription and do not auto-renew.

External provider spend

Advertising spend and provider charges are billed separately by the relevant provider unless a managed-spend agreement states otherwise.

Are the prices on this page current?

Yes. Subscription pricing is read from active public rows in evai_plans, while Creator Credit packs are read from active public top-up rows in evai_credit_packages. If the database is unavailable, the site shows a refresh message instead of invented prices.

Do Creator Credit packs renew automatically?

No. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not create or renew a subscription.

Does my subscription include advertising spend?

No, unless a specific written agreement says otherwise. Media spend charged by Google, Meta, TikTok or another provider is separate from the EchoVerse AI subscription.

What happens when Admin changes a plan?

When an active public plan is updated in Admin and saved to the EchoVerse AI database, this page reads the updated row on the next uncached request. Site/server caching may need to be purged if a cached copy is still being served.

Can I change plans later?

Plan changes depend on the billing options enabled for your account. Use the customer application billing area to review the choices currently available.

Where can I review cancellation and refund rules?

Review the Refund Policy and Terms before purchasing. Those policies govern the public service terms unless a separate signed agreement applies.
