DOCUMENTATION

A practical guide to using EchoVerse AI.

Use this documentation to understand the main workflows before contacting support. The customer application remains the source of truth for the exact buttons, plan limits, credits and provider actions currently enabled in your workspace.

Getting started Account → workspace → first workflow.
Creator studios Video, music, Shorts, podcast and reusable characters.
Publishing Release package → destination → publish or schedule.
Growth Connections → campaign mode → safeguards → analytics.
01

Getting started

Create the customer account, enter the intended workspace, then choose one workflow to configure first. You do not need to connect every provider before creating content.

  1. Create or open the correct workspace.
  2. Review the current plan and available credits.
  3. Choose the studio, campaign or publishing workflow you need.
  4. Connect only the destination required for that workflow.
02

Creator studios

Creator workflows separate the source idea from the final publishing decision. A generated item can be reviewed, edited or regenerated before a release package is prepared.

Create VideoScript and direction → scenes → visuals/narration → render → review → finalization.
Music StudioAudio → visual production → captions → thumbnail/metadata → release package.
PodcastFormat and participants → script or transcript → audio/video output → review → publication.
03

Character Library

Characters are organized at workspace level instead of being permanently owned by one channel. Use categories, tags, collections, favorites and optional channel preferences to find them quickly.

The compact library can show one main image, name and usage count. Opening a character reveals its larger image gallery and management actions.

04

Native Shorts

When clean source scenes are available, the Short workflow can rebuild them directly for 9:16 and add new Short-specific captions. This is preferred over padding a landscape master or relying on captions already burned into the long-form video.

9:16True vertical composition when the source supports it.
Fresh captionsCaption styling and timing can be adapted specifically for the Short.
Vertical coverShort publishing artwork should use the vertical format required by the workflow.
05

Release & publishing

A release package is the final review surface for destination-facing information. Confirm the destination before sending the request.

  • Review title and description.
  • Confirm tags, hashtags, category and language where applicable.
  • Use format-correct thumbnail or vertical cover.
  • Choose Publish now or a future schedule.
06

Connections

A successful provider authorization does not automatically select the destination. Channel mapping, account choice and content state still matter.

07

Autopilot

Manual keeps the launch decision with you. Semi-Autopilot can prepare work while review remains required. Full Autopilot can act only within the configured permissions, schedules, budgets and other safeguards available to the workflow.

Plans & credits

The public Pricing page reads active public plans from the EchoVerse AI database. Subscription limits, production credits and external advertising spend are separate. Use the app for the credit quote attached to a specific action.

Troubleshooting

Start with the exact item status and error. Avoid creating duplicate jobs while a background process is still running. If support is required, include the workspace, item ID, exact error, approximate time and screenshot—never passwords or provider tokens.
